Employer Services Assurance Corporation
ESAC administers an accreditation program for the professional employer organization (PEO) industry to verify compliance with government regulations and industry standards. The performance of key employer responsibilities by accredited PEOs is backed by bonds. This provides financial assurance for clients, worksite employees, insurers and regulatory authorities. Allevity has been ESAC accredited since 2000.
National Association of Professional Employer Organizations
NAPEO is the largest trade association for professional employer organizations (PEOs) nationwide. NAPEO promotes a set of PEO professional standards that addresses financial, legal, and ethical performance. Allevity is a founding member of NAPEO. In fact, our founder, Kent Ahlswede, served as President for NAPEO from 1985-1988.
Certification Institute
The Certification Institute's PEO workers' compensation risk management certification program provides independent professional verification that a PEO's risk management program is meeting proven insurance industry risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents and health exposures and control WC insurance losses. Allevity has been WC risk management certified since 2004.
Independent Payroll Providers Association
The IPPA is the largest nationwide trade association for payroll providers.
