Our Accreditations and Affiliations
Employer Services Assurance Corporation
ESAC administers an accreditation and bonding program for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) industry to verify compliance with important ethical, financial and operational regulations and industry standards. The performance of key employer responsibilities by accredited PEOs is backed by a $10 million bond. This provides financial assurance for clients, worksite employees, insurers and regulatory authorities. Allevity has been ESAC accredited since 2000.
SSAE 16 Type 2 Certification
SSAE 16 (formerly SAS 70) is a nationally recognized reporting standard on the controls of service organizations. Conducted by an independent CPA auditing firm, the SSAE 16 report evaluates and tests our systems, procedures and controls for accuracy, risk, and information security. It certifies that we are using best practices to ensure that our client's information is safe and their payrolls are accurate.
The PEO WC risk management certification program provides independent professional verification that a PEO's risk management program is meeting proven insurance industry risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents and health exposures and control WC insurance losses. Certification gives PEO client business owners assurance their service provider has the capability to deliver important risk management results. Certification also provides WC insurance companies with ongoing assurance that a PEO is in fact implementing industry best practices in a consistent and effective manner.
National Association of Professional Employer Organizations
The National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) is the largest trade association for professional employer organizations (PEOs) nationwide. NAPEO provides robust member resources, vital networking and referrals, hard-hitting education, and effective public relations and marketing support. NAPEO advocates for the interests of its PEO members at all levels of government. Allevity is a founding member of NAPEO, with our founder serving as their first president from 1985 to 1988.
